I'm actually a Verizon wireless customer but I can't sign in (website won't recognize my mobile number) so I'm registering as a non-customer just to get (hopefully) some access to customer service. Can't reach customer service by phone either (automated system does not respond when I make a menu selection, just loops back to beginning of menu options over and over).
