About Me
Historical: I’m a 14 Year Navy Veteran with specialty training and certifications in Medical Office Administration [HM-8424], as well as being a Surgical Technologist [HM- 8483] and Ear, Nose and Throat Technician. However, with my passion being in electronics, I honed my skills in Automated Data Processing [ADP] beginning in 1986 with the Bell-Howell Dual Disk Terminal, followed by the Zenith Z248 Dual Floppy Drive System. After building multiple systems with backplanes and 186 Intel Processors and 20MB MFM Drives while station at MCAS El Toro, I began learning, building and repairing Cyrix, AMD and Intel based Personal Computer Systems. When I began learning computer programming, the operating system was Microsoft – Disk Operating System [DOS] 1.0.
