Please help me to trust VZN CSRs. I dislike my decision of choosing my device 1st before the Carrier was decided. I'm a helpful person, I really have lost all trust w/CSRs and rather speak to community members. I dread having to call 611, I'm to the point of madness. If I can help anyone to prevent the same,expensive mistakes i m enduring I hope to help. I just wanted a great signal. That's about all I have.
