I have an ASK-NCQ1338 Verizon Internet Gateway with firmware 222656. I have at times noticed the internet is slow and when I go into the web interface under Network > Network Status > Cellular it shows a Tech status of LTE(4G) instead of 5G. This often flips back and forth between the two technologies and occasionally will get stuck on LTE(4G) until I power cycle the Internet Gateway.
This past week the gateway has been on LTE(4G) a third of the time which means I'm not getting the 5G service I'm paying for. Anyone else running into this issue and found a solution?

It looks like I fixed this by doing a factory reset on the Internet Gateway: the 5G connection is now strong and stable. But the DMZ configuration I had in place to use my own router/WiFi is not working. There seems to be a new IP Passthrough Mode with the firmware update so now I'm working on configuring that.
