We just got 5G and everything seems to work fine. However, the HP LaserJet isn't connecting . . .
Can print sometimes from some devices on the wifi, but other times it times out. It is VERY slow, like 10 - 15 minutes later.
I'm able to reach the printer on a browser via IP address only sometimes, other times it times out.
Is there a setting somewhere that is keeping this from staying connected?
Thanks!

For the helpers to help you better, it would help to know the brand and model of your Wi-Fi router.
Sure. It is the big, white one that came with the Verizon 5G. This information is on the bottom:
Wistron NeWeb Corp.
Model: Router LRV5-100
It is my understanding that with this 5G, there is no wired connection in our home any longer, it's all WiFi.
