I have a ARC-XCI55AX Internet Gateway, need to open port 8883?

How does one achieve that?

Port 8883 outbound should already be open for the product to reach Chamberlain servers. Port Forwarding should not be required. Ensure the firewall on your router isn't set to the High setting, as this can cause the port to be blocked. The router's settings can be modified using the information and credentials found on the bottom of your router. Firewall should be a tab to choose from in the top navigation, and you'll find tiered settings like No Security, Low, Medium, and High. Low should be the default setting.

It is set to low, was on Medium, but still will not connect to my device?

Can I send what Chamberlain says needs to be done?

Can you tell me what is already set on the router and what is not set?

thank you for your response?

I needed to set all settings to  low and that took care of it and it connected!
