I just ordered new mobile service & they sent me the link to verify my identity, but came up invalid request.  How do I verify now??

I've been having this same issue with starting my service, the email link doesn't work and I can't change it through the mobile app either.

I just ordered new mobile service iPhone 12 Pro Max & they sent me the link to verify my identity, I put in my  id  twice and  it didn’t work they cancelled my order please send me ah private note thanks

Just purchased a phone and now theirs telling me I have to upload a picture of my ID to verify my identity but when I click the link it's says invalid request what am I supposed to do?

Hey, i put an order in for a phone online. they sent me an email to verify my ID. when i press the link it doesnt pop up, says invalid. ive tried calling them and im only able to get in touch with the robot. it sends me a new link and it still doesnt work. ive tried on my phone, others phone and even a computer. ive contacted support on here to find a solution and all she says is to call. Im not sure what to do. and lets says the order cancels, would i get a refund?? Please help!!!
