Verizon keeps asking me to setup one id login for my home and mobile. The problem is when I try it says I can’t because my account is still linked to ZenKey. How can I fix this?
Our goal is to help with questions and concerns.The ZenKey app used to access Verizon.com and/or the My Fios app is no longer supported. Can you provide a screenshot of this error message?
