Exchange Storage - Can't I get more than 1 month?

I don't see any options for storing emails in exchange from back further than a month?  I want to store ALL data because I don't have a huge mailbox, but I do have old emails in folders with information I need to reference often..  Is there an option to store the entire exchange mailbox...  or will there be one?  I know about "TouchDown" app, but it cost 10 bux.  Does this allow full storage?
