Mysterious Aps load automatically

Hey Folks,

Have had the Motorola Droid for a week now and everything is swell... well, a couple of things.

I downloaded TasKiller  an App that allows me to end applications from running, thus slowing my phone and zapping the battery.

Funny thing is that I started noticing aps were running that I never started and have not found  a way to nix them from my phone or stop them from automatically running.

The culprits:

Corporate email and calender

Car Home

My uploads

Any help in nipping these suckers from starting?

I've seemed to notice that too. I don't even use the Exchange Email or Exchange Caledar. Yet they appear on startup and their is no way to disable them.
