My phone says my contacts are backed up. It happens every night. That's good. Is there a way to view my contacts on line from my laptop? I have tried to view from laptop and it leads me to a page to sign up with Google or aol or yahoo. I thought Verizon was my back up. I went to a Verizon store and the person there couldn't even help me. She didn't know why it wouldn't work
I think backup assistant contacts are available on the My Verizon webpage.
Does Verizon provide back up assistance???? When I try to view by going to Manage My Contacts it takes me to a page that wants me to sign up with Google, Yahoo or AOL and when I do that and try and sign in it says "missing device". My question is why does it take me there if Verizon is providing the backup. IS THERE ANYWAY TO VIEW MY CONTACTS ON THE VERIZON WEB SITE???? I'm getting really frustrated.
