Is the subject a a legitimate Verizon Wireless Update for my Motorola DROID HD? Why is there no documentation about it anywhere on My Verizon site? Would like to know if it is legit and what is included/fixes in the subject update. Thanks in advance. I have not yet installed this update, pending further information.

I returned my phone and got a replacement RAZR HD. After I activated it, I was prompted to install the 9.20.1 update, which has not caused the reboot problem I had with 9.18.79.

Thanks Sandman_CA and Ann154 and B33. Ran the update and there appears (so far) to be no problem. Test will be when triggers activate for my preset Smart Actions.

Thanks for starting these helpful threads, B33. It appears that the difference between the 2 software versions is because the update came out for both the Motorola Droid Razr HD and the Razr Maxx HD. Please keep me updated on the status of your update as UI would be happy to offer additional support if needed.
