more spellchecker suggestions/questions

i have two questions/ suggestions...

1. can you get "FiOS" added to  spellchecker's dictionary?
2. why is it intended behavior for "internet" to be treated as a proper noun, needing capitalization?

I found some wiki info about that with the help of Google (or other online search engine)..

i'm breaking this in two i hope....the capitalization of the word "Internet" (SOLVED! THANKS, DSLR!)
