Can't see the page correctly while using Internet Explorer?

If you are having difficulty viewing the pages while on Internet Explorer (IE) and the page looks distorted (see image below), please note your Compatibiity View settings are not set correctly in IE. Please see how to fix this issue below:

Please make sure "Display intranet sites in Compatibility View" is not checked in IE. You can get there from the IE Tools Menu and it should look like this:

 Once you uncheck it, the page will load correctly.
