To successfully register your signal booster device, please have the following information ready when we send you a Private Message: Address, City, State, Zip Code, Installation type (fixed/mobile), manufacturer, FCC ID, Booster Serial #, Booster Model #, and a device nickname (please do not post this information publicly)
