purchased a new iphone 11
opened the phone and tried following the instruction, did not work.
new iphone will not activate. have spent 3 separate occasions since Friday, both instore and online. No one seems to be able to help.
Now, no one from Verizon is calling me back! I was disconnected from a 2 hour tech support call and no one has bothered to call back. This has taken a whole entire weekend. Unbelievable!
Is anyone else having similar issues? How did you get help to resolve. Yesterday, chat failed to help. Today, telephone tech support failed, as they did yesterday. Yesterday, in store help failed.
I don't where to turn. I've been a CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND I HAVE MORE THAN TWO LINES AND PAY AN EXORBITANT AMOUNT FOR CELLULAR SERVICE. kinda upset
