Ever since I upgraded, If I leave my house, I can't receive or make calls or texts...I've reset the network settings, I've erased all content/settings and reloaded from Icloud, I've dialed *228 and activated the phone and updated my roaming, Still nothing. My bars show 4-5, "verizon" and 1x...3g flips on and off occasionally. This is only happening when I leave my house... Help!

Wowzers! This definitely sounds like an unheard of issue. We would be delighted to see what we can do to get this resolved. To clarify service is fine inside your home? However, once you leave you have no service until you return? Are you using a Network Extender? What zip code? Please keep us posted, thanks!

No network extender and the zip is 80118...

We need to get your phone working again! After reviewing the area I do see there are oportunities for network improvement in that area. It's very surprising to hear that calls and texts are working inside your home without a network extender since buildings can hinder our signal. Are you using the native Phone and Messages app that came preinstalled?
