When making Verizon iPhone 11 calls to a computer operator requiring keypad number entries the calls consistently disconnect whenever a key pad entry is made. This happens with multiple different numbers and no trouble is experienced when I make the same call on a land line.

As a valued customer, your account's concerns are our concerns too. Hearing that you're experiencing disconnected calls when placing calls from your iPhone 11, is not the experience we want for you or any of our customers. We apologize for your inconvenience, and we're here to help in any way we can.
Let's get started. How long has this been happening?
Have there been any recent changes to phone? (e.g., software update, new apps downloaded, recent SIM Card change, etc.)
Please reboot (Power cycle) your device while we're troubleshooting together by powering it completely off for about 30 seconds and then powering it back on. Thanks!
