Can Siri or another app work with voice response unit prompts after the call is connected?

I'm looking for a way to have the phone continue to accept voice commands when I encounter a voice response unit after the call is connected.  For example, after the call is connected, I might get a request such as "Thank you for calling XYZ company, if you know the extension, please type it now, or press 1 for the address list, 2 for customer service, 3 for sales...

I would like to have voice control over those menus also, but haven't found a way to do that.  While I'm driving, I can't be staring at the phone tapping the screen.  Is there an app that will do it?  Thanks, Aaron.

I don't think Siri can do that. Because she only starts the phone call.
