Please, please help me. I'm sitting in an airport with a phone that is deactivated. I dont have another way to call for support and I've tried to do it on line and it's not working. I am really terrible with iphone/itunes/macs/computers, etc. It's really sad. I need help from a patient and kind soul and fast. Otherwise I'll be stuck at the airport forever...

I can't get to a call menu. It just asks me to choose a language then start to activate it. It doesn't work when i try to activate it.

That doesn't sound like fun mawhinneylisa! Are you still having difficulties? *228 option 1 is a great recommendation if the keypad would respond. I would also try a soft reset by holding the power and home keys down. If the device still doesnt respond, restoring with iTunes would be the best option.
