Are only regular text messages impacted or also iMessages? What is your iOS version? What is your text messaging application? Are the missing messages part of a group text message? Have you called our tech support team at 800-922-0204 to troubleshoot before? If you have, what troubleshooting steps have you done? I don't want to ask you to do the same things.
