Iphone 4s activation problem

i can't active my Verizon iPhone 4s

Cause one number exits on my phone. But i don't know the number.

And some one use the number on another device.

So when i try to active it, it's say "Device unknown".

When did i call prepaid call support they confirmed it to me. (I can't reply to him perfectly because i am not well speaking in English )

I don't have owner information who bought it from Verizon.

Please help me. I bought the device from ebay. And it's clean ESN. Then How can remove the number and active my phone with a new number.

I try to order a new prepaid plan for my device. But at last step it's failed. I try it more and more times. Please do all step, then i can buy a new prepaid plan for active my device.  I can provide you MEID for check it.Verizon Wireless Customer Support

That is definitely odd, deloyarhossain. We definitely want you to be able to use your device, especially if it is a clean ESN. Have you tried checking the ESN at this page?  www.vzw.com/b2c/nso/enterDeviceId.do
