No. If there is technically a line access fee, it is incorporated into the per line cost of the prepaid plan along with the taxes and regulatory fees.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Hi, I understand you have just said that the pre-paid plans do not include line access fees.
But on this other thread, vzw_customer_support had said that the un-limited plans do not include line access fees.
On your website, I only see two kinds of plans, pre-paid and un-limited.
If neither of those kinds of plans includes a smartphone access fee,
then what kind of plan does include it? Why does my plan charge a fee that neither the pre-paid nor the un-limited charges?
I have only 1 line, and I have had only 1 line, and been a Verizon customer, since 2015.

Good morning, WhateverCrook. I hope you are having a great day. I also appreciate the excellent opportunity to be of assistance via this channel.
You provided great information and the answer to your question is that older plans include a line access fee as part of the plan structure. You can change your plan to a currently available plan at this link https://m.vzw.com/m/huQP and the new plan that you get will not include a line access fee.
Aside from clarifying that older plans include a line access fee and sharing a link to change your plan to avoid the line access fee, are there any other Verizon Wireless questions (https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/) that I can answer for you today?

So the discount perk that my employer offers is useless if I have unlimited plus?

@Ua999, probably not as legacy plans aren't being offered anymore and whatever perk your employer has with Verizon I'd have to think is for current service plans.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Ua999, help is here as we know how important it is to save money. Employee discounts will not apply to this plan but we do offer other ways to save. Please see the link below and click 'What discounts are available with the Unlimited Plus?'
