No Service - my new iPhone 13 Pro Max

My new iPhone 13 Pro Max has been at 'No Service' starting late Tuesday, October 12, 2021. Is there a Verizon network outage of some sort going on in the Puget Sound region of Washington State that's affecting other Verizon users as well? Is it just my iPhone? Getting a bit frustrated. I opened a ticket at Verzion for this problem, awaiting a response.
