Phone keeps redialing previously called numbers automatically. One of the numbers is 911!!! How does one stop this??

A device dialing on it's own is a definite concern.  Time to put your iPhone on a time out! Calling 911 when you do not need  them is a trouble we will defeat. Any other sevices being affected? When did the issue begin? Have you tried powering Off/On?
