I ordered my iPhone 13 Pro on 11/1/21 even though it was backordered until 12/3. When 12/3 came and went I texted and called Verizon. I was told that there was probably a glitch and my order was "Autovoided" on 11/15/21. I wasn't notified and my tracking order still read processing. Now customer service says it is on back order until January. There is nothing they can do to help me. Has this happened to anyone else?
