Purchased a new iphone 13 max on 2/12/2022 2 day shipping. Expected Tuesday 2/15/2022. Now it expected Wednesday 2/17/2022 with a signature. Found out they shipped it ground not 2 day. I will be out of town for 2 weeks. Called customer service and so far no help or answers. I can understand if there was weather delays etc. Verizon didn’t meet there contract of my purchase ( 2 day shipping)
