I have had Verizon for about 20 years now. I have always gotten reception just about everywhere. I have lived in the same house for 6 years now. Within the last year my reception is continuing to get worse. I have iPhone 12 Pro so it’s not old. I work from home and my calls keep cutting in and out, it’s embarrassing. Verizon used to be the only service you could rely on in my area, now’s it’s terrible. I have to switch companies if they can’t figure out the reception problem soon! I can’t keep having work called messed up. Please give me my old reliable service back!
