Hello Verizon,
We upgraded my wife's phone to an iPhone 14 pro a couple months ago and also changed our plan to 5g start . Now she has a problem where more often than not she does not get her voice mails anymore. Today she got 5 voice mails at the same time that were from the end of December. I also just called her and left a voice mail and it's been an hour and she has not received it on her phone.
I have a Google pixel 5a on the same family account and don't have this issue so it seems isolated to her device or specific phone number?

No, she does not. The only other issue we have is that we switched from a 14gb plan to 5g start and now data is extremely slow the majority of the time. I believe we are being throttled because we have in a density populated area in Los Angeles.
