When calling a sales person at a local company via his mobile phone (type and service carrier unknown) I get this message "The service you are attempting to use has been restricted or is unavailable" This has been happening every time I call for the past two weeks. He says that everyone else can call his cell phone with no issue. Where do I start digging? Is the issue on my end or his? My settings? Verizon issue? His settings? His carrier? Other?

I have the same issue when I call one specific number all other calls work fine.
