Touch screen (need early upgrade)

For about 5 months i have been dealing with my iphone 4s, not working.

The top half of the touch screen doesnt work at all, and there was days on end nothing worked until i restored it to my computer and completely reset everything. My upgrade is not until july, and I am getting to the point where i would rather pay a termination fee than to pay for services on my plan i can not use based on the state of my iphone.

advice?

You also could buy a gently used phone off ebay or swappa to use until you're eligible for a subsidized upgrade.
