I am new to the Verizon family. I am having such a hard time getting trade in kits and consistent information. At this point I honestly feel as if it is not worth the hassle. I am willing to pay the $50 to restock the phones (5 new lines) because of the inability to resolve current issues. I did not have these issues with T-Mobile AT ALL. The money lost is for a peace of mind. This isn’t worth it.
