This has been an issue since I upgraded from iPhone 12 Plus to iPhone 14 Pro. I am on latest version iOS 16.1.1 It doesn't matter if I am at home, on the road, or on any wifi or area with cell service, I get the dreaded "message not delivered" error in iMessage when I try to send a picture to any of my friends with an Android device.
I have already tried resetting all network settings.
Send as iMessage, SMS, MMS Messaging, and Group Messaging are all enabled.
I looked through historical issues on this topic, and in some cases I read that Verizion had to unblock or reset a setting on their end.
What should I do to resolve this?
