I recently purchased a iphone SE and the rep sold it to me said I would get the promotion of $100 for the SE, which is a $300.00 discount. It did not reflect on my first bill, so I called and the representative said that it was because it was late in the bill cycle but it does show where the promo was added and assured me it would show the next moth (which is now). Now my bill is coming due and it STILL does not reflect the promo. When I go in to just pay the phone off they are charging me MORE than what the phone cost. SUPER SKETCHY business practices. I try to call the customer service number and it takes so long to reach someone, I have to hang up. If not resolved quickly I will have to reach out to the BBB for assistance. Very disappointed in Verizon.

Credits for phone promotions usually take 2 to 3 months to show on your bill. If you pay off the phone you lose the expected credits and will pay full price. You can go ahead and make your Better Business Bureau complaint, however you are jumping the gun. You should wait to see the credits posted. And you cannot pay off the phone. You should be tied for 24 months in order to receive all the credits and get the phone for the lower price.
