Hi- I have an international phone plan using which I was connected with my family in India. For the past 3 months, I have been unable to make any calls to ANY cellphone user in India- and I have tried calling family and friends on a variety of cellphone numbers. The message I get is consistently: Your call cannot be completed as the call's party is temporarily unavailable. Incidentally, I can call the landlines easily- but no cellphones- regardless of the cellular network they are on. Previously, I had no issues calling cellphones internationally- this issue is relatively recent.
I have raised this concern multiple times and it gets tagged as 'escalated' or 'resolved', but I continue to have the same issue. I have been paying additional for this service- but there seems to be no point. Could you please advise the best way to get around it? Thanks!
