I bought the iPhone 11 Pro for myself and my daughter at Best Buy before we had to move overseas. (Sept 2019)
The rep said the phones would be unlocked and we could put our Overseas carriers SIM in.
we get to Japan and it says SIM not supported. The reps here say Verizon needs to unlock the phones, but Verizon says they are unlocked. I also waited for the 60 day locked period to see if it would work and still not successful. Anyone else experience anything like this?
