5G + iPhone 13 is a complete letdown

We recently upgraded our 4 lines to iPhone13 & 13 pro models. Never had any connectivity issues at any location in the past 10 years but now it's a regular problem.

In areas where we used to walk around playing mobile games there are now vast dead zones that didn't exist in the past. What's really strange is that the phones will show a STRONG 5G or LTE signal but no connection to gameplay and email doesn't refresh.

Is this a network problem or an iPhone problem?
