I I purchase an AT&T iPhone 6 from my friend, can I use with Verizon Network?

Yes, you would need a Verizon Sim card which you can get one mailed to you for free or if you go into a corporate store they can give you one there as well.

I know that all Verizon 4G phones come SIM-unlocked straight out of the box. Not sure about AT&T phones though. Just make sure the AT&T iPhone is SIM-unlocked and you should be good to go with the Verizon SIM card batmanfan0302 mentioned.

get a v sim card (inactive sim will do trick from friend or family member or from V store)

insert in iphone

if you don't get msg saying sim failure or invalid sim or any error related to sim  then you are good if you see that msg then device is locked on att
