To be fair,I called back and got an awesome tech by the name of Delores. She went through everything and assured me that the plan DID NOT matter. All said and done, the sim card was the problem. Its working great now. Thanks Delores!

I'm patiently waiting for them to fine tune Advanced Calling in my area.  When it works...it's great but there are still far too many places in my area where it doesn't work so well...and handing off from one tower to the next isn't a seamless transition and the result is lots of dropped calls.  But I have faith that it'll get better over time...
