Activation issue

Saturday August 15th my family went to Verizon store in St. Cloud Mn and spent 7 1/2 hours trying to switch from our tmobile plan to Verizon. Store tech had major issues getting phones activated. We paid for the tax on iPhone 6 and screen protector and walked out with nothing. Called store tech on Thursday the 20th and still unable to activate and no one seems to have a clue why. We were told to be patient and wait. How long are we supposed to wait and why is there such an issue! It's been 8 days!  Has anyone else had issues like this?

8 days is way too long to be waiting for a new device! May we ask what store specifically you were at? How many lines were you trying to activate? Do you have the devices with you yet? Were they having issues activating anyone else's lines?
