I need help adding an IMEI number to Verizon's database. In August, I received an iPhone 11 pro from a 3rd party insurance company after I broke my previous phone. I added my existing sim card and everything was working perfectly until this past week when we switched to the unlimited data plan. Now my phone is no longer recognized on Verizon's network and I'm not able to send any MMS messages.
If I try to enter in the new IMEI number in my account, I get an error of "The phone associated with the device ID you've entered is not compatible with the verizon wireless network."
