As others have experienced, I am extremely disappointed with Verizon and the trade in process. I take advantage of the recent promotion to upgrade and send back 3 phones. 2 get full pre-appraisal value and the 3rd phone for some unknown reason, I get significantly less. I sent back a non-damaged, working Iphone XR that was appraised at $800 with the special promotion and I end up receiving $460 instead. I've called numerous times to VZ customer support and nobody has an answer. The online trade in status tool does not provide any other information. A $340 difference is a big number. No explanation as to why is extremely troubling.
