Anyone having signal strength issues on the 5s

My signal strength meter keeps fluctuating drastically.  Anyone else having the same issue?

Applefan001, congratulations on your upgrade to a new iPhone 5S. This device is designed to retrieve wireless signal from the best cellular tower. As a result, it's very normal for the signal to fluctuate. You can still connect calls, text message and access data with 3G and 4G service.

do a restore on itunes AS NEW NOT A BACKED UP, THAT SHOULD WORK, OR CHEK SETTINGS IN NETWORK?? GOOD LUCK
