App Store opens a blank page?

Just moved and my Xfinity is out until Mon so I've been using an xfinity hotspot.  Connection is fine, no issues except the App Store, or any link associated with a 'New' App.  I keep getting a blank page.  Also, can't live stream or even get radio.  I've called Xfinity and Apple, but no luck.  Is it a Verizon thing?  Can anyone help?  Thanks
