can you please help me out with my question.
does anybody knows if you're able to lock your text messages or hide them at least??

No you can't...you can lock your phone if you're trying to keep prying eyes out. Or you might be able to find an app that will do it, but as far as the iPhone alone...no you can't lock or hide your text messages. If it's really important that you hide them you can forward them to an email address and then delete them from your iPhone...but if you have that email address synced to your phone then you're right back where you started.
