BOGO added a line never received credits to my account.

I added a new line to my account Oct 2018.  I got the BOGO for the iPhone XS and I am still waiting on credits to my account.  I have contacted Verizon via chat 2 times now and have been told each time that I will see the credits.  Still 10 months later nothing.
