Back up Assistant Error on iPhone

Backup Assistant will not back up properly, when I attempt to Sync I receive, "Server Error- "sever error has occurred. Please report the error  to Customer Support. (10, 0:600)

@mchdc I regret to learn you are having trouble with your backup. Help has arrived. What type of iPhone do you have? When did this start? Have you ever been able to use this in the past?
