It appears as though you had Backup Assistant and we definitely want to get your contacts into your iPhone 4.
If you follow these steps http://support.verizonwireless.com/how_to_use/transfer_contacts/iphone_vz_transfer.html your contact will be transferred to the iPhone 4 in no time!
