Being charged for a contract account I had no idea existed

Hello well a few months ago I signed up for Verizon to bring you're own phone to trade in a device for credit twords a new phone well long story short It didn't work so I ended up doing prepaid with my same old device then a yesterday I check my email and I've been charged for 2 months of service I haven't used and theirs no device link to the account help!!!
