I have tried all of the tricks and pointers I can find out there and nothing is working. Email was fine 5 days ago and now nothing. Like most, my phone is my work tool and to not have access to one of my email accounts when I am away from home has been brutal! What to do???
Couple of other observations:
1. For a tech type company, this board is so not user friendly as far as search and discovery.
2. We were long time, forever AT&T customers who came over to Verizon a year ago with a family plan and all four of us are thinking we will go back. When tornados hit our area some years ago, it was Verizon that had cell coverage for the entire week that power was lost. The only one...so we thought for sure they were the best around here. So not the case any longer, unfortunately. We can barely get a decent signal in our own home. It's been such a disappointment!! Need to bring back the "Can you hear me now?" guy I guess, guys!
